Our client is amajor fast food chain andare looking to recruit a Restaurant Manager for the Kent and South East Area. Therestaurants are run by people who know and love the restaurant business. They are looking for leadership at every level and as a Restaurant General Manager you will be responsible for supporting and leading your team in the smooth running of your store.The role will require energy, confidence, flexibility, problem solving skills and some previous supervisory or management experience in the fast food industry and a full, clean driving license. They are offering a starting salary of 18K for a 40 hour week which would increase to 24k once tyou arepositioned in your own restaurant. There is also the potential to earn a further 20K in bonuses during the year.
