With offices worldwide and London no exception, they are looking to add to their already successful media sales team. Due to expansion there is a need for an Account Manager.
You will be responsible in maximising retention levels & incremental revenue of existing products.
quarter ( by closely analyzing company up sell value in terms of size/usage levels year on
year/features and benefits we can offer them etc) upselling existing single/multiple subscriptions into global/sit e licence
To ensure regular contact is kept with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction to ultimately maximize renewal rates each year and to develop a long-term mutually-beneficial business relationship
To maximize new business opportunities & revenues by researching clients company size/usage/ structure, location and industry, the features and benefits to the potential company of our clients brands.
Set up regular face to face meetings with current and potential clients, providing:
o
Information on all products and services.
o
Providing online training - showing the gate keepers/information officers/ librarians how to use the online service, and training on the Group Admin Interface, the back office system to companies corporate licences.
o
Answering any queries/issues.
o
Putting clients in contact with content providers editors, journalists, the publisher etc.
Up selling other products.
Sell subscription extras, ie: re-prints and copyright dispensation.
