Background
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Administrator within our Customer Support Unit. The starting salary for this role is 13,900 however as your performance grows there is the potential for your salary to increase to over 16,000 within 18 months
The role
To work across all areas of the Customer Support Unit Workflow administration covering all work processed from opening post, preparing, scanning, indexing, no trace mail and claims support, with the ability to move across all areas as and when required and to be able to complete all the processes without support or guidance. To provide excellent service to all areas of AXA PPP Healthcare and our external customers. The role will consist of a rolling 6 week shift pattern you will be required to work every Saturday for which a lieu day will be allocated during the week. Shift patterns are given in advance, and you will be required to work 7.5 hours per day between the hours of 7 am and 5 pm monday to friday, and 7am - 2pm on a saturday. The working week is 37.5 hours.
Skills, knowledge and behaviour
This role requires you to be IT literate, have good organisational skills and be able to prioritise your work in order to support your colleagues efficiently and effectively.
You must have the ability to work under pressure with speed and accuracy and good attention to detail is essential.
The ability to work flexibly as part of the team and individually is key as this will help us to provide excellent customer service.
