Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for customer service synergy and communicating and enforcing Busaba customer service standards across all units.Develop and implement unit procedures to deal effectively with customer requirements and complaints Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times to Busaba standardsRespond to input from customers and managers (complaints, praise and concerns ) and identify areas for improvement in the service provision.Co-ordinate and control the customer service provided by FOH and BOH service advisors and team leaders.Identify unit specific issues and put forward proposals to the management team to improve the system and service, and ensure that a long term success is achieved.Build team customer engagement skills and knowledge Build unit customer base through repeat patronage based on improved customer serviceCollate and discuss customer responses with other managers and Operations team with a view to improving the product or service provided.Monthly/ Quarterly statistic and recommendations analysis on service levels.Motivate management and staff to provide excellent customer experiencesTo be a successful applicant for this role you will need to demonstrate:
Proven customer service experience at management levelExcellent communication skills and excellent leadership skillsAbility to motivate the team through ongoing coa ching, delegation and supportStrong analytical and reporting skillsPassionate about the role, the brand and the industry and eager to learn and improve The ideal candidate will have exemplary knowledge of Thai cuisine and culture; specifically imbuing Thai cultural values and intricate Thai food understanding into service styleSalary package 33,500 (48 hours per week)
