A leading Investment Bank based in London require a Senior Programme Manager to be responsible for delivering a strategic CRM programme of work. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and managing the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution into the business, overseeing delivery of technology programme to plan and budget.
The right person for the role will be an experienced Programme Manager with in depth knowledge and experience delivering CRM applications within an Investment Banking environment. They will have experience overseeing development, testing and implementation through all lifecycles, with the ability to scope, plan and manage projects to time, cost and quality.
It is also important candidates have a strong understanding of vendor selection and management processes, with the ability to negotiate and manage contractual agreements. Candidates will more than likely be building out a team, so its important the have experience managing and developing a team of staff. The programme manager will also be required to plan and manage budgets.
