We are delighted to announce that we are recruiting for a Customer Experience Team Leader. The aim of this role is to optimise the performance of the team and the wider Customer Service department.

The Customer Experience team provides a critical link between the Contact Centre in Northampton, Head Office at High Street Kensington, and our customers, so this is a responsible and interesting role which would suit someone with previous experience within a Customer Service environment.Experience of leading a team managing critical contacts and delivering exceptional service is essential.

The successful candidate will be able to work well under pressure, make quick decisions and optimise the performance of the team through motivating and inspiring them.

Skills required:

Previous customer service team leader experience is preferred. Experience in Microsoft word and excelExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA commitment to providing our customers with 'first contact resolution'Attention to detailGoal and Target driven

The successful candidate will be responsible for the quality of their individual team members contacts with customers, will carry out tasks in a timely and efficient manner, will ensure that all team members are trained and coached on a regular basis and will be able to demonstrate strong influencing and complaint handling skills.
