The White Company have an exciting opportunity for an eCommerce Front End Developer to join our expanding eCommerce team.

Your main responsibilities will be to build, modify and maintain The White Company website, helping to deliver a world class online experience. You will work closely with senior managers to understand the requirements and also alongside the designers to turn their static designs into interactive online content. You will also work closely with the IT development teams and exte rnal agencies to develop complex, interactive and database driven websites.

Site development will be a key part of your job role; including new site content, building web pages using HTML/CSS from static designs ensuring all updates are delivered in line with deadlines and proposing new ideas to maximise sales opportunities and stay ahead of our competitors.

The successful candidate will also assist in the development of new projects that will deliver The White Company vision to the online customer. You will discuss technical solutions with stakeholders and suggest innovative ideas and solutions. You will also contribute to documentation (project brief, light touch documents, detailed design and technical specification) as and when required.

Additional requirements for the role:
