There is presently an opening for a graduate researcher within the firm with a view to becoming a consultant following an intensive six month training period.

Although no direct expe rience in financial executive search is necessary, you will need to exhibit a demonstrable interest in the world's financial markets. Despite the role being part analytical and conceptual, you will be expected to develop a set of relationships with some of the world's leading traders, quantitative analysts, structurers and derivatives sales professionals. Kaizen promotes a meritocratic environment and provides a highly competitive package for consultants. 320 UCAS points and at least an upper second in your undergraduate degree are prerequisites. Articulate and analytical candidates from the social sciences as well as arts and humanities are particularly encouraged to apply

Essential:

A strong academic background.Consultants will typically have a 1st/2.1 from a top ten university, although we can be flexible in exceptional cases.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Confident manner to enable you to liaise with senior managers at the peak of their profession.

Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Self motivated and driven.
