Reporting to the Head of HR you will be dealing with senior players on a daily basis, working on overall business strategy, with a focus on coaching and raising capability through the managers.
You must have solid HR and management experience within retail, along with an excellent understanding of employment law and its practical implementation in a commercial environment. You will ha ve excellent communicational skills and the confidence to challenge and influence senior leaders in the business.
