In-house recruiter required for busy role in a international consultancy firm based in lovely offices inWestminster. You will need to have had at least 3 years' previous experience as a recruiter either in an agency or working in-house for a professional organisation / private company.The In-House Recruiterwill be interviewing candidates, creating and placing ads, writing job specs alongside line managers and screening CVs - all of which you will need to have done previously. Company is currently workin g on 12 live vacancies, some of which are roles based overseas, so theIn-House Recruiter will interview via Skype and will need to use websites like LinkedIn creatively. There may be the opportunity to travelinternationally on occasionsas the role develops.
Sociable office, young team of around 40 people, you must have a good degree and A-Levels as well as the previous experience as a recruiter mentioned above (at least 3 years' experience). Advanced MS Office is also essential.
