The Position

Reporting to the Network Operations Director, you will be responsible for the support and development of Media relationships. This role will be responsible for the day to day management of client accounts and therefore the customer service levels of the business. Identify up sell opportunities and drive commercial support to Sales and Media teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop first class relationships with designated clients.Responsible for monitoring live inventory, including effective communication between the Client, Sales and Ad Ops teams.Provide up to date sales and marketing collateral for Sales for your portfolio of clients.Track, report and communicate with internal teams against client target pacing.Identifying areas and solutions for improvement.Day to Day Management of Publisher Queries.Build relationships and work collaboratively with your peers in each department (media, sales and delivery). Working with the Network Operations Director to drive strategy for the success of your Media Portfolio of clients Working with the Network Operations Director to understand what inventory is required within the Network to enhance campaign performance.Create proposals and presentations in support of the Sales Teams and also regularly present to your Media Peers to education buying teams on media opportunities.Develop daily relationships with designated global/regional clients.Responsible for sending monthly accounts and data insight reports to Publishers (in accordance with customer service plan).Provide first class customer service and value add to the clients business.Be aware of media opportunities & develop ideas to buyers and to clients.Be knowledgeable about all Adconion businesses & products. Provide market/competitor landscape data.

Required Skills/ Experience

Accredited Bachelors Degree (media, marketing or IT) or equivalent work experience in a similar business environment. 1 2 years of agency or online work experience.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and internet).Knowledge of the internet and its commercial/marketing benefits. Strong analytical skills. Well-developed communication and presentation skills (both written and oral).Effective client management skills with a strong customer focus. Abilit y to show problem solving skills. Ability to work with a wide range of people at all decision-making levels.Excelling planning and organization discipline.Results/goal oriented.A team player who helps to create an effective working environment, is able to respond well to a challenge, and takes the initiative by proactively identifying new opportunities, etc. Driven to succeed - is confident and enthusiastic and has the skills to drive results beyond expectations.
