The Company

Our client is one of London's largest Estate Agency groups and trades under a number of different brands, with offices spread throughout the Capital's best residential districts. Independently owned, the group specialises in residential sales and lettings.

Specialist departments include a 50 strong Property Management team who care for the Group's many landlords. A Land and New Homes division that deals with property developers, investors and house builders and an Acquisition Department who actively look to ac quire new premises or existing estate agencies to fuel the Group's continued growth.

The Role

Due to continued expansion and growth our client is now looking to hire experienced Mortgage Brokers for their growing estate agency brands, we are looking for proactive brokers looking for the challenge of proficiently converting mortgage leads as well as self-generating your own? Qualifications & Experienced Required

CeMAP Qualified (or equivalent

Successful sales / conversion record

Understanding of the Mortgage Market

Excellent communication / people skills

Experience and understanding of all relevant legislation
