Job Role:
Our client is the local office of a leading general insurer and financial services company that are known for award winning Customer Service. They are looking to recruit an Off ice Manager to be the conduit between the management and the operations team, responsible for the day to day organisation of a busy workload and the supervision of the office team, all within the constraints of the FSAs regulations.
Whilst specific insurance knowledge is not a prerequisite it may nevertheless be useful. Of more importance will be experience working in an FSA regulated sales environment and ensuring that the office staff operate within defined guidelines.
Personal Attributes:
This is a busy, varied role and successful candidates will probably have some FSA and supervisory experience. They will be reasonably IT literate with a very good telephone and written communication skills and a strong team ethos.They will be reliable, diligent and possess the ability to coach, mentor and enable other members of staff. They should be proactive, articulate and general ly good with people. Candidates must have GCSE English Language and Maths at grade C or above and be a car owner / driver.
Benefits:
This position attracts a salary of 22,000 plus a bonus at 3 of salary that is based on achieving specific branch targets.
Hours are 9am to 5pm daily with 1 hour lunch.
20 days paid holiday + bank holidays.
The company operate a pension scheme to which they contribute.
