Summary of Our Nursing Agency Vacancy:

The Recruitment Assistant will assist with all stages of the recruitment process including placing recruitment adverts; sending references; organising training and induction sessions; maintaining agency worker files and placing temporary staff with our clients.

Building relationships with bot h our clients and staff is crucial to our ongoing success, therefore it is essential that the recruitment assistant is a confident communicator and enjoys providing excellent customer service.

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate seeking a varied and challenging role within a busy recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing your own workload in such a way that will ensure candidate registration is completed in a timely manner to maximise sales opportunities.

Maintaining excellent, professional relationships with our clients and agency workers to maintain our reputation for excellence.

Working as part of a team to ensure agency staff files remain compliant with relevant legislation.

Requirements:

Good administration and IT skills

Excellent attention to detail

Outstanding communication skills

Good problem solving skills

A team player

A flexible attitude and able to cope with changing priorities

Experience of healthcare or recruitment is desirable although candidates with a strong administration background in a related sector will be considered.
