Carlisle Support Services are currently seeking a Revenue Protection Travel Safe Officer for a fixed term contract between June and September to maintain the security of the train station environment at all times whilst on duty.

As a Revenue Protection Travel Safe Officer within the business you will be responsible for the following:-

* To provide a high visibility presence for the reassurance of the public, DLR personnel and other key facility stakeholders

* To deter/deal with acts of anti social behavior in line with DLR Policies

* To report all relevant inc idents in the appropriate way, to the appropriate people as soon as possible.

* To act at all times as ambassadors for DLR

* Provide customer care support to passengers

* High profile on train reassurance patrols

* High profile static reassurance duties at stations

* Carrying out revenue blocks at stations

* Carry out on train ticket checks

* Support to BTP policing Initiatives

* Work Security Programme search regime requirements and reporting
