Communispace is seeking an individual with a proven track record building and managing professional client service teams and supporting business development for private, online communities. You must have previous experience managing US and EU based client service teams.

You will provide client account management, be target-driven and highly strategic. You will play an integral role in the sales process, supporting the MD Europe in proactively identifying business opportunities and winning business. As the Operations Manager for the UK office, you will negotiate and secure supplier contracts and manage internal resources.

Mu st be an inspiring manager with extensive experience in client services and private, online communities, proven project management skills, and MBA degree required. Must have experience with technology, pharma, FMCG industries.

This is a full-time postion:Standard UK business hours with some flexibility required (some travel, and night international telephone conferencing).
