OBJECTIVE OF ROLE:

We are looking for an experiencednew businessB2Bsales representative to:

Sell my client's product offering to new customers to create high impact high volume dealsCreate enticing proposals for merchants based on price point, quality and ROIEnsure the deals balance the needs of the Company, the Merchant and the CustomerMaintain high levels of sales activity to ensure sales targets are met and a healthy pipeline is sustainedConduct high quality research on prospective merchants to ensure they fit my client's merchant standardsDeliver a professional and consistent service to our customersSubmit accurate sales documentation and general reporting to deadlineIdentify areas of improvement and suggest and develop plans to capitalise on theseConduct yourself with the highest degree of business ethics and integrity

As an effective member of my client's field sales team you will be responsible for making the right kind of deals to drive revenues for the business. You will champion my client's product and work within a customer and merchant centric culture. You will work closely with all teams within the Company to create high impact and high volume deals.

Youll report directly to the Regional Sales Director.

PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

Targets

Youll be targeted monthly on key sales targets; conversion rates, revenue targets, daily customer interaction and cancellation rates. Results of CRM

Knowledge

Youll be commercially savvy and understand what makes a great deal

Report Completion

Youll be measured on the quality and timeliness of your sales documentation and report completion

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Youll be a deal creator. Negotiating prices and margins and tailoring the deals content to appeal to my client'ssubscriber baseYoull be autonomous. Able to manage an effective diary and workload to ensure all prospective customers are approached.Youll be target driven,to meet, and strive to exceed the deals, revenue and internet sales targets and expectations setYoull be business savvy, continuously looking to develop and grow the business through commitment to team objectives and working in partnership with the rest of the businessYoull be fearless, willing to look at new ways of working for both my client and the merchants and customers with whom you do businessYoull be a numbers person,submitting accurate and timely deals documentation and reports in line with company best practiceYoull be a team player,with the success and the well being of the team at the forefront of your thoughts and actions

PERSON REQUIREMENTS:

You have a proven track recordof meeting and exceeding your sales targets and generating high revenue sales Youre a dealmaker,you know what your audience wants and how to get it for them, your finger is on the pulseYoure a rapport builder,and you build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alikeYouve got excellent attention to detail,your numbers are always spot on and your proposals leave no stone unturned.Youre agile.This business is moving fast! Youll thrive on the pace, change with the business and will grab new opportunities on the way.Youre irrepressible,you have energy, drive and ambition and you are going to make it happen.You have excellent communication skills,both written and verbal. Abasic salary ofup to30k is on offerwith a realistic uncapped OTE of 45k + extras
