My client is seeking an experienced Residential Property Portfolio Manager to be responsible for the management of a large residential portfolio on behalf of Private Landlords and properties under LPA Receivership.
Responsibilities include maintenance of properties, securing new tenants, maintaining tenancy agreements,disposing of properties , maximisation of rental incomes and collection of rents.
Based in the West Midlands,with flexibility to travel, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in PropertyManagement ( Residential or Commercial), be educated todegreelevel or appropriate Professional Qualification, with detailed knowledge of Regulatory Compliance in PropertyManagement.
The ideal candidate should also have excellent leadership and communication skills with practical hands on experience of running a team by leading from the front
