Job Title: Symposium Project Manager

Location: Bristol

Salary: 25k + bonus

Purpose

To manage and deliver cross-therapy symposia projects to compliance, time, cost, and quality. As a symposia expert ensure that client and regulatory policies and processes are adhered to, enabling compliant project delivery.

Key Objectives

Responsible for implementation of successful symposia delivery

Adherence to all compliance and symposia defined processes and policies

Responsible for defining, scheduling, and maintaining the symposium project plan

Responsible for managing client expectations, within budget

Responsible for creating and managing client budgets

Management of all project constraints; including risk mitigation and opportunity realisation to provide assured successful project delivery

Liaison with Lilly stakeholders and external partners to fulfil project requirements

Manage and work closely with content companies, ensuring client requirements are successfully met to time and compliance

Management of sub-contractors and supply chains to ensure quality provision of services

Work with congress organisers to ensure client requirements are prioritised and optimised

Oversee contracting of faculty, gather symposium content, and conduct slide rehearsal on site

Responsible for all project documentation configuration and control including faculty slides

Management of in house 2D collateral design, to meet both client needs and compliance with Lilly therapy specific style guides.

Management of on-site team to deliver successful symposia within demanding time constraints

Work with Exhibit Project Managers to align symposium and exhibit project requirements to identify and realise synergistic cost reduction opportunities

Report to the therapy portfolio managers weekly, with project progress.

Act as my clients ambassador at all times, maintain highest level of professionalism, customer service, and relationship management
