Responsibilities:
To provide administrative support to key areas of SES business including Recruitment and HR.Act as a point of contact for queries from a wide range of stakeholders including clients, businesses and SES UK employees and recruitment candida tes.Provide a high-level of administration to support the HR function including; generating service agreements, generating employment contracts and other employment documents, obtaining references, monitoring holiday and sick leave and working closely with Payroll to process correct monthly salary payments; processing starters and leavers.Provide a high-level administration to support the Recruitment function including; developing client database; advertising placements and other employment opportunities; monitoring applications; liaising with clients and candidates to arrange interviews and find the right person for the job.Update/maintain company databases and spreadsheets to support our systems.Provide reports and other management information.Liaise with Web Development provider to maintain the SES website.Any other duties commensurate with the role.The company

We have two services; recruitment and employment.
We recruit the highest calibre of students and graduates on behalf of clients.We then can employ the students/graduates on behalf of the employer. Therefore, SES deals with all the admin and payroll, you can say that we work as an external HR department for companies.Our clients include Yorkshire Bank, Commerzbank, Dow Jones, IPC, ABB and so on. The successful candidate will be working closely with these clients; therefore it is necessarily that high-level services are provided at all times.

Required Skills
The candidate must have excellent communication and organisational skills with a positive attitude to service delivery.Being able to act proactively, problem-solve and use initiative is essential.Having excellent time management ski lls is necessary in order to prioritise workload and managing conflicting deadlines and achieving agreed targets.Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft officeBeing familiar with using Sage ACT would be desirable.Having previous administration and HR experience would be an advantage.Application Process
