Award winning, Leeds based Financial Services company wish to recruit a Software Administrator to join their rapidly expanding and highly successful business.

THE ROLE

Ownership of batch and bulk file loading activity in live and test environments.Meeting agreed business SLAs for any regular task requirements.Trouble shoot data related user queries and become an Administrator/Expert user in the businesses main collections systems and other IT solutions.Analyse and summarise information in order to draw effective conclusions from th e data.Assist the Software Administration Manager to build and manage new system requirements and tools according to the needs of the business.Involvement with testing and implementation of new processes and system enhancements.Work closely with IT/Operational personnel to achieve optimum performance of business/system related processes.Update and maintain business process documentation.Participation in projects as required.

The Candidate

Experience in a financial services or debt collection environment desirable.Experience of systems administration desirable.Experience of using MS Excel for manipulation of data etc. essential.Experience of using SQL desirable.Graduate calibre within an I.T or Finance discipline or graduate calibre with collections and finance systems experience or qualified by experience.Good communication skills.Computer literate. Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Good decision making.To deal with issues in a logical and organised mann er.
