We are looking for a strong Area Manager who is extremely commercial and service driven to be responsible for 10 stores and 2 concessions. You must be confident with multi-site management and possess a proven track record in retail, with the ability to lead, motivate and manage a team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing and motivating a fantastic team to increase sales and ensure efficiency

Analysing sales figures and forecasting future sale s volumes to maximise profits

Staff development and training

Delivering excellent customer focus and service

Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing

Achieving business targets

Key Skills:

Previous multi-site experience is essential in a retail environment, preferably with West End exposure.

Strong commercial skills, as well as excellent communication and influencing skills

Ambitious and highly motivated

Excellent leader, passionate about building a strong team around them
