This award winning property consultancy currently seeks a MRICS Building Surveyor at Senior / Associate level for their Central London team.

Based from impressive offices in the heart of the West End, they provide a comprehensive range of property advice to commercial clients across the UK and Europe. The practice boasts a low staff turnover coupled with excellent career progression and training so this represents a genuine opportunity for personal development with a market leader.

Due to ongoing project wins they are looking to add a MRICS Senior / Associate Building Surveyor with experience in professional services, this will include pre-acquisition, dilapidations and contract administration. Working as part of a well established and successful team you will be exposed to a variety of high end commercial clients including funds, investors and occupiers in the Central London market.

Ideally the MRICS Senior / Associate Building Surveyor you will be:

MRICS

3-5 years post qualification experience

Proven exposure to professional instructions

Private consultancy background with a leading firm
