Job Summary

We are currently seeking full time Team Leader (Senior Carer) you will be working in the community for our London West office covering the Hammersmith and Fullham areas. Responsible To Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities

Working with the Branch Manager and Care co ordinators you will be responsible for ensuring a high quality of care is being delivered, the daily supervision of care workers, and supporting the team in the field.

Skills & Experience

You will have excellent time management skills and experience of administering medication within a care setting. You will have excellent customer service skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills. Qualifications NVQ level 3 or 3 or equivalent is preferred
