This a great opportunity for an experienced Business Travel Consultant or Lead Agent to join an established independent Travel Management Company who are a Times top 100 employer.
As well as b eing a very hands on role you will be overseeing the day to day operational issues of your department , managing your Business Travel team and the various SME accounts they work on. You will be reporting directly to the Director and be expected to produces a couple of reports a week. The position also calls for you to manage any client service issues and to be involved in maximising the profitability of the accounts you oversee.
The ideal person for this role must be a natural leader with the ability to motivate the people they manage. In this position you will be making reservations as well as overseeing the reservations and ticketing procedures so will have to have good experience using one of these GDSs Galileo , Sabre or Amadeus.
My client is offering a salary of 35,000 PA + overtime + pension and private medical with 22 days holiday per year increasing by one day every year worked.
