An exciting opportunity has arisen to become part of the department of HR and Change at the House of Commons. The Organisational Development Specialist will be part of the Department, providing change management support to the House of Commons Savings Programme and other parts of the House.

The Organisational Development S pecialist role will be: Assist the organisation in delivering appropriate approaches to organisational development Deliver organisational development interventions on behalf of the directorate Create a sustainable knowledge base for the organisation to draw on for future activity This will involve developing the Change Directorate into a centre of expertise that adds value by facilitating projects and programmes in all areas of the organisation.

The successful candidate will have proven experience of leading and delivering significant organisational development within a large, complex unionised organisation to time and within budget.
