Role Description
Front line client relationship management role managing a number of existing pre-paid
processing services SME clients. The role reports to Director, EMEA Client Management
Team.

Key responsibilities include:
Manage existing relationships at senior executive levels
Regular a nd frequent client meetings to understand and support the clients own business development activities
Stay abreast of any service delivery issues acting as the point of escalation when needed
Provide timely response to the clients service change requests taking responsibility for associated commercial negotiations
Gain and maintain thorough understanding of the structure and terms of existing clients contracts to ensure timely contract renewals taking ownership of commercial negotiations.
Meet financial targets through managing and growing the existing annuity based revenues and up-selling of incremental value ?add outsourced services to existing clients.
Build and review business pipeline with line manager regularly and maintain balance between the in year revenue targets and longer term pipeline opportunities
Gather and report intelligence on competitive activities in assigned clients
Collaborate with legal and commercial and finan ce teams to ensure compliance and timely client & revenue reporting
Participate in client service review meetings and ensure satisfactory completion of follow up action items.
