We are seeking a self-driven and highly motivated Company buyer to join our forward thinking, successful company based in West London.

As a Company Buyer you will have respsonibility for ensuring that daily, weekly and monthly materials are purchased and progressed, whilst ensuring on-time delivery and that production schedules and MRPs are met. You will have respsonbility for order/requisition processing, negoiting with suppliers, monitoring inventory levels, processing supplier returns and sourcing new products and/or suppliers. The role works closely alongside the production, finance and dispatch departments and there is the possibility to progress within the company if you are hardworking and dedicated.

The ideal candidate:

Will have at least 2 years experience as a Company Buyer or Purchasing AssistantIs confident and knowledgeable in regards to negotiating and can demonstrate previous success at supplier negotiationsHas previous experience of MRPDiplomacy and excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work well within teamsIs prepared to travel as and when requiredHas previous knowledge of electronics

Preferable but not essential:

Bachelor's degree in a related field Electronics or manufacturing experience
