Excel Data Administrator (Data Cycle) City Excel Capscan Communicator

My client based in EC1 City of London urgently requires a experienced Excel Data Administrator.

Theyare looking for an enthusiastic individual with an organised approach and a keen eye for detail, together with the ability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy in their work to join the business information department.

This role will involve cleaning and maintaining marketing data files, running data audits for specific projects, producing detailed project plans to ensure timely completion of the data cleansing cycle and providing an excellent telephone and email support service to regional and head office colleagues.

The successful candidate will have experience of working with and analysing data, will be a proficient user of Microsoft applications, especially Excel, and will also posses strong communication skills. Knowledge of Capscan and Communicator e-marketing software, or equivalent systems is desirable.
