**HELP DESK OPERATIVE**NORTH WEST LONDON** BASED AT A MAIN EVENT ATTRACTION** **24k-27k ** **IMMEDIATELY LOOKING**
We are urgently recruiting a fantastic opportunity to work as part of the Helpdesk based at one of the UK's biggest event attractions based in North West London. We are seeking experienced helpdesk operators with concept experience to work within a Facilities & Building Services environment ranging from offices, plant rooms, public and event areas spanning 11 acres.
Job Title: Helpdesk Operator
Location: North West LondonSalary: 24-27k depending on experience
Hours: Mon-Fri Hours - rotating weekly shift. 7.00-16.00 & 10.00-19.00
Start Date: April (ASAP)
Your Role:
You will be providing operational support to the team in a Facilities Management Environment. This is achieved by answering calls and emails, raising these as reactive tasks and progressing them through to completion in order to meet customer needs.
Key Accountabilities:
- FM Helpdesk operative for extremely busy helpdesk at a National Stadium on behalf of leading service provider:
-To be the first point of contact for main client
-To effectively operate a customer focused and responsive FM Helpdesk, and associated communication systems.
-To provide support and assistance to the Helpdesk Manager, Contract Manager & Technical Manager.
-The postholder will be responsible for the day to day organisation of the engineers & their assigned tasks. The post holder will as sist the Helpdesk Manager, Contract Manager & -Technical Manager to ensure the contract is run efficiently and effectively and all tasks are carried out to the agreed standards of service.
-To answer, input and allocate task requests accurately and in a timely manner and direct the appropriate personnel to undertake the tasks.
-To ensure that all requests are carried out promptly and efficiently, prioritising workloads as appropriate.
-To train staff in use of equipment, systems, policies and procedures as required.
Requirements:
-Confident candidate with excellent communication skills
-Ability to work well under pressure
-Proactive
-Helpdesk experience
-Concept experience
-Self motivator.
-Availability to work evening & weekend events and overtime.
Please note that some event shifts will not finish until public transport has stopped so the candidate will have to live locally or drive.
