Salary - up to 40,000 depending on experience

ROLE: My client is a renowned insurance company who have recently won PWCSouth West Company of the year.

Due to continued success and grow th they are currently looking to take on aDatabase Administrator. Your role will be to administer the databases in orderto ensure performance, data integrity and security.

SKILLS:

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years with the following:

Experience working with high volume, highly available, complex database driven systems.

MySql, SQL Server, Redhat, Linux and Windows.

Responsibilities:

Providing solution designs/estimates and documentation for proposedchanges.

Work with technical design team to produce designs and technical solutions

Ensure data integrity and security of databases

Monitor database hardware and software for optimum performance and capacity constraints

Manage the release of database changes to test and live environments

Provide database support for development teams
