Are you a financial controller looking to work part time (3 days a week)? If so an entrepreneur who owns two internet businesses (one established and one rapidly growing) is looking for a financial controller to assist with the development and growth of his companies, and any new businesses in the future. The role will include management accounts preparations as well as cash flows, budgets and forecasts and assisting with their statutory accounts. The role is very hands on since you will be solely in charge of the accounting function of the two internet businesses, and you will report straight to the owner. There is a high volume of transactions in each business and many clients are based overseas in America so a number of transactions will be in multiple currencies.

To be considered for this new and exciting role you must be a financial controller and ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified. You must be looking to work part time (the days and hours are flexible) and ideally have an interest in the IT and internet industry. You must be passionate about developing systems and procedures and have a track record of managing a small companys finances. You must also have a strong personality and be able to report to a demanding board and have a good eye for detail and problem solving. Experience of sage would be a bonus and strong excel skills is vital.
