We are currently recruiting for a Group Technical Compliance Manager to lead the Compliance and Projects team. You will manage compliance, project technical support and supplier assurance in order to define and implement technical standards across the business, ensuring that all products and operations meet or exceed both customer and legislative requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity to join Arla in an exciting time of development and growth.

You will manage and participate in Global QEHS networks and projects, initiating best practice development in conjunction with the various business groups. You will also be responsible for managing and participating in the development of the QEHS management systems, implementing and ensuring best practice for global and UK Supply Chain Operations.

Whilst being heavily involved in both staff and team development you will be responsible for the delivery of KPIs for compliance, delivering full supplier assurance and benchmarking.

To be successful in this role you will hold a Food Science related degree or equivalent. You must also have extensive experience within Food Manufacturing (ideally dairy processing) along with People Management roles. You will have proven experience in coaching, leading a nd developing personnel along with very strong supplier, project management and audit skills.

With excellent relationship building capabilities with the ability to influence and motivate at all levels, you will have strong communication skills both verbal and written.
