Crew Sales Trainer

The Crew Sales Training team reports to the General Manager - In-Flight Retail and is responsible for driving the continuous improvement in on board sales performance amongst cabin crew, through strong and effective training, development, motivation and communication.

As a Crew Sales Trainer you will be responsible for the delivery of sales and customer service training for all permanent and temporary crew. You will design and develop training material ensuring a variety of approaches and styles are used to keep the training engaging, fresh and in line wi th business requirements. The training will be both classroom based, at airport bases and on line in a coaching capacity.

You will also develop and manage the cabin crew incentive programme; prepare and issue all in-flight retail communication to the cabin crew and own and manage all sales processes, including our loss prevention procedures and the on board point of sale devices.

The successful candidate will have previous flying experience as cabin crew as well as proven expertise in face to face selling. Experience of delivering successful training programmes is essential as are strong presentation skills. You will have first rate communication skills, be well organised and possess strong attention to detail. Importantly, you will be flexible in your approach as the role requires delivery of training in line with operational rostering requirements, so can be scheduled at weekends and on bank holidays; there is additionally frequent travel to airport bases acros s the UK and regular flying on company and competitor flights.
