Our client is a very well regarded and innovative brand which focuses on luxury in all that they do. Their business spans fashion, accessories and homewares and they are leaders within their market.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a head of Global Sales to join the team of this premium business managing a team of direct reports and agents based within Global offices.

Selling very British quirky designs this is a pivotal position for the business driving the growth of the division. The role invo lves understanding the brand positioning and developing a sales strategy to maximise the potential of the range working to agreed sales and profit objectives. Successful management skills are essential to lead the sales team and provide accurate quantifiable targets within their key accounts and markets.

As a senior member of the team you will be working closely with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns and maximise opportunities. The role also involves detailed sales analysis and planning, managing agents and distributorships and working closely with product design and development to share market and customer feedback.

Previous experience in a senior sales position within fashion, health or beauty within the branded arena is essential along with a clear understanding of working to deadlines.
