A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional HR Advisor to join our clients busy team based in Lambeth, Central London. Salary is circa 34,000

Within this role your main responsibility will be to provide professional Human Resources advice and to support HR activity to line managers and colleagues. You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of e HR systems and with your efficient and proactive skills you will ensure information is current and accurate. Developing HR policies is key to succeed in this HR Advisor position, ensuring proposals on ways to improve on people management.

The successful candidate for this HR Advisor position will have previously worked in a similar role and be a Graduate CIPD or equivalent. Previous Human Resources experience is essential and working knowledge of employment legislation and the management of employee relations. You must be able to demonstrate your experience in e-HR systems including their applications with development of management reports. An organised individual you will be able to prioritise your workload effectively and in line with changing customer needs. You will have the ability to work on your own initiative and work effectively within a team, proactively supporting others. A strong knowledge of Microsoft programmes is essential including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
