Our client, a forward thinking, highly ambitious and well respected Estate Agency based in the City and South West London is looking to recruit a Sales Manager. The office covers Battersea, Wandsworth, Clapham as well as Kennington and surrounds so the scope to grow is exceptional.

They are looking for someone who is passionate about property, someone wanting to take their career to another level long-term, someone who is highly motivated, a good man manager and a manager who leads from the front.

The i deal candidate will currently be in a management position however they are open to looking at a strong senior sales negotiator with valuation experience who wants the next step in their career. You will need an entrepreneurial spirit as you will be tasked with running the branch from a business owners point of view.

You will be tasked with:

Managing staff as well as recruitment and conducting staff appraisalsManaging the Profit and Loss of the officeReporting directly to the Senior PartnersGrowing the presence of the brand in the areaAssisting the marketing team with requirements for your officeGrowing the stock levels for the office so someone who is comfortable on valuations is important
