A leading investment bank seeks an IBD EMEA FIG.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

Dual focus for the role: Insurance clients (60 of the role) and coverage of eastern European countries (40).

Generate unbiased, meaningful advice and dialogue with clients across the respective clients and regions.

Originate, execute and provide analysis for deals and cover all types of products, primarily M&A.

Increase knowledge of financing solutions including structuring (both debt and equity), accounting and tax expertise, financial modelling and analysis.

Skills and Experience:

Educated to degree level or equivalentExperience within investment banking and a stron g set of modelling and valuation skillsPrevious FIG exposure, ideally within the insurance sectorAcademic background inclusive of corporate finance, M&A, economics and/or mathematicsDemonstrate enthusiasm and interest for working in the FIG spaceRussian language skills strongly preferredPersonable team player, with the ability to gain the confidence and trust of both colleagues and clients with experience in coordinating large teamsWillingness to work significant hours
