Swim Professional Team are looking to recruit a Procurement Lawyer to work in the corporate services team at the London Borough of Merton. This is a 5 month, ongoing, full time position.

You must have the following experience:
* Minimum 12 months experience of acting as a Planning Lawyer
* Previous experience of advising including Elected members
* Knowledge and ability to apply and Interpret the related areas of law
* Experience of the use of new technologies, especially Case management
* Ability and experience of supervising staff
* Ideally experience of this role in the public sector

You will need the following qualifications:
* Qualifi ed Lawyer (Solicitor or barrister)
* Fellow of the Institution of Legal Executives
* Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
* Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team
* Ability to work under pressure and to Prioritize caseload
