Essential Job Functions:

Responsible for prospecting, identifying opportunities, building new business relationships and
generating revenue.

Placing outbound sales calls (to include cold-calls) explain the benefits of our licences to
perspective customers.

Close deals and record all details.

Take inbound calls and handle customer queries.

Focus on growing existing accounts and handle some research.

Work with the Sales Coordinators and assist Director of Commercial Sales with ad-hoc sales
tasks.





Competencies/Experience


For this highly target drive n sales role the ideal candidate will have:

Proven sales records
Great communication skills, a positive attitude and be highly motivated
Capability to handle and make high volume calls and have an excellent telephone manner
Ability to work under pressure, meet stringent deadlines and targets
Confident and an outgoing personality
Ability to build relationships with customers as well as co-workers
Diplomacy, patience and a persuasive ability
Ability to multi-task, has excellent numerical skills and Excel skills
