Mortgage Business Development Manager
Our client, one of the UKs leading mortgage brokers / packagers, specialising in BTL and commercial products currently require an experienced Business Development Manager to develop relationships with Intermediaries, Mortgage Networks and Introducers. You will play a pivotal role in developing business in the South and increasing brand awareness.
Candidates need to have a proven track record of B2B sales within the UK mortgage market, ideally with a bias towards commercial / BTL products / lenders.You will be self motivated, confident, proactive and have strong communication and negotiating skills. It is essential candidates have the ability to build and develop relationships, both with new and existing clients.
In return our client is looking to offer a basic of circa 35k with a realistic 50-60k OTE.
