RESPONSIBLE TO Sales Manager
JOB PURPOSE
To maximise sales/turnover/profitability of Travelbag products by providing quality service, specialist knowledge and salesmanship for all online reservation. Increase existing built in margin with ancillary items and upsells.
To ensure all booking are handled in a professional manner, providing the best possible holiday for the customer whilst maintainin g a high quality service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
ACHIEVING SALES TARGETS
Consistently achie ving individual monthly sales targets (GCI and New Bookings)Contributing to the overall achievement of the online targetsReacting to specific business product targets i.e. incentive drives when possibleAchieving personal sales performance (e.g. conversion on upsells and margin rates)Ensure all sales opportunities are optimisedEnsure excellent customer service is provided to all customers at all timesEffectively handle customer complaints to minimise customer dissatisfaction and encourage repeat businessADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the effective processing of all emails received in to the Travelbag Online Customer Service inbox are responded to the same dayAll notes relating to own bookings must be kept up to date within the folder to enable full transparency for the team to action in your absence.Keeping track of all hotel requests that are made and ensuring that replies are received and clients updated as soon as possible.PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE
Ens ure that the most up to date product knowledge is obtained and attend all training sessionsTEAM RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide feedback on success of promotional activitiesFollow all company and office proceduresAttend, participate in and contribute positively towards team meetingsRecommend constructive improvements to system or working practicesAct as an ambassador to Travelbag and provide a company image to all customers which reflects the Company Brand
