PA / Office Manager
An aggressively growing Marquee & Event Structure Rigging and Crewing and Event Staffing company in Shoreditch, East London have an opportunity for a PA/Office Manager to join them. The company deal with well-known event industry clients throughout the UK and Europe. This is a divided PA / Office Manager role 90 PA-10 Office Manager.
PA duties will include:
- Supporting a demanding director with full PA duties
- Diary and travel management
- Correspondence and documentation
- Email manage ment
- Presentations and reports
- Client contact
- Maintaining databases
- Meeting coordination
- Overseeing of Office Administrator
Office Management will include:
- Overseeing the office and ensuring smooth daily operation
- Facilities - overseeing and trouble shooting
- Ordering office supplies
- Assisting with marketing materials / mail shots
The ideal candidate will:
Have a can do and forward thinking approach to their work. The fast paced environment means that the candidate will need to anticipate the needs of the directors and business and stay one step ahead!
Multi task confidently and be able to juggle numerous tasks to tight deadlines
Ability to use Microsoft products and Excel
Good administrative and organisational skills
Well presented
Good timekeeping
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Have a fl exible approach to their working hours
Polite, professional and friendly telephone manner
Friendly, personable and able to build harmonious working relationships with all levels of staff
Good eye for detail with a systematic approach to work
Proactive and enthusiastic approach to work
For this PA / Office Manager role you will must have at least 2+ year PA experience.
