We are now looking for an additional recruitment consultant to join the health and fitness division at Leisurejobs. You will be tasked with carrying out the full recruitment process with a core focus on developing new clients as well as proactively marketing in quality to some of the biggest names in the health and fitness and leisure industry in the private, leisure m anagement and hotel sectors.

Ideally you will be educated to graduate level with a minimum of 12 months experience working within sales based capacity within the leisure industry as this role will be a combination of account management and business development. This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in a fast paced recruitment role where no 2 days are the same, we are looking for a winner who can meet and over achieve targets and will go the extra mile to ensure that we exceed our client's and candidates expectations. Interested candidates must have a genuine interest and passion for either health and fitness or sport in general, have good pc skills and most importantly have a confident and outgoing personality with an excellent work ethic.

The position will involve the following:

Drafting adverts, pre-screening applicants over the phone and booking candidates in for interview Carrying out competency based interviews for candidates working at middle management and below in the leisure industry Ensuring candidates details are accurately recorded onto the in-house database Carrying out database searches and presenting initial applicant shortlists CV searching on Job sites and proactively seeking candidate and client referrals Taking references from candidates and clients Filling incoming bookings, making follow up calls and conducting service visits Coordinating interviews and providing feedback Sending out business development e-shots and proposals and arranging client meetings

We offer a competitive basic salary of 22 to 25k dependant on experience and the genuine potential to earn up to 40K in year 1 and significantly more in subsequent years. The job is Monday to Friday only, benefits include BUPA after 12 months, an excellent working environment with genuine opportunities to further your career as the company is growing at a rapid rate.
