The Role

To develop existing or new customers through the adoption of professional networking activities either in a general or IT niche market sector.This is a 360 degree role

Conduct comprehensive research into selected generalist or niche market sector

Develop an in-depth list of potential client targets

Develop a client strategy including the identification of relevant candidates from our database

Conduct professional contact with all relevant client contact points (linked-in etc.)

Qualification of all job specifications including face to face client meetings

Handle all candidates in a positive manner ensuring that they are closely managed throughout the entire recruitment process

Develop long-term client relationships including the implementation of SLAs, Customer Improvement Plans

Achieve/exceed set targets such as Quarterly Billings/Lead Generation< /p>

The Candidate

The Ideal candidate will demonstrate a solid background within the recruitment industry and possess a high degree of Business Acumen.Our client will cross train from other recruitment sectors
