Multiple award winning digital marketing agency urgently requires a SQL Server Database Developer to join their busy development team based in central London.

Working as part of a fun, energetic team, the suitable SQL Developer / SQL Server Database Developer will be required to undertake challenging project development tasks using T-SQL, SSIS, XML, DTS and SQL Server in order to deli ver quality solutions to high profile clients. This will also include translating client requirements into robust technical solutions using SQL Server 2005, SQL Server 2008, T-SQL and SSIS with XML.

Managing multiple projects at any one time, the successful SQL Developer / SQL Server Database Developer must have excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, as well as the ability to communicate to a high standard at all levels.

In addition, suitable SQL Server 2005/2008 developer will be able to demonstrate the following:

Strong T-SQL Development skills

Knowledge / experience of developing SSIS for ETL purposes

All round knowledge of SQL Server 2000, SQL Server 2005 and SQL Server 2008 databases

Knowledge of XML

An appreciation of .Net technologies, specifically ASP.Net, C and VB.Net

Genuine desire to contribute to the success of an award winning agency

You will be joining an advanced Data team who are experts in designing and developing bespoke BI Solutions for a host of well known companies. The client is looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a genuine can-do attitude and a forward thinking work ethic. The successful candidate can expect to be trained in the latest methods of SSIS, ETL and data warehousing. All new development projects are carried out in SQL Server 2008 R2 and therefore experience of this version of SQL Server would be deemed advantageous.
