We are seeking a highly motivated sales and customer service orientated individual to join our friendly and professional Supporter Centre Team. The purpose of the role is to be a key member of our Supporter Centre and provide assistance to our Supporter Centre Manager.

The role will include:

Providing service excellence when dealing with the Clu bs customers at all times

Taking telephone and counter bookings from supporters and issuing tickets or providing information

Assisting with administration sales across all commercial areas

Assisting with research and marketing activities including contacting supporters with offers or to conduct surveys

Maintaining and assisting the Club in improving the quality of the database by ensuring that all information recorded in the Clubs ticketing system is accurate and complete

Seeking creative opportunities to grow incremental sales across all commercial areas

Operating telesales campaigns across all commercial areas including Ticketing, Hospitality, Retail and Events.

Based within the Ticket Office at Craven Cottage, this is a fixed term, full-time position that will include working evenings and match-days when required.

You must have a proven track record of providing service excellence in a customer based field, sales experienc e including resolving customer queries constructively and professionally. Experience within a call centre or other office environment is essential, as are excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills.

This position will become available in June 2012 and is likely to run for six to nine months.
