Purpose of the role:

To provide support to the Finance Systems & Finance Reporting teams along with the Management Information Technical Analyst to validate and document new approaches and proposed solutions.

During busy periods, adhoc support of the transactional processing of the teams will also be required.

Ideally this role would suit someone looking to gain experience in a Finance Systems / Reporting or Projects perspective.

< p>The Idea of this role would allow future progression into the Finance Systems or Reporting roles.

Job Description:

Validate the proposed solutions and outcomes of projects in line with the project brief to ensure the deliverables are realised.

Produce documentation of the new processes to allow communication to the end users so that the processes can be followed whilst also confirming the content of the documentation is accurate, concise, clear and at level that is suitable for consumption by the end users.

Ability to produce test plans, testing documentation and provide a clear and concise opinion as to whether solutions are feasible

Engage and provide feedback to the individuals and teams who are proposing the solutions to allow results to be communicated efficiently and effectively

Ultimately to become a valued point of reference to allow solutions to be discussed in terms of the feasibility of proposed solutions before presentation to the client

Support the Finance Systems and Reporting teams in transactional and reporting tasks during period of high volume or low resource.

Aid in the facilitation and championing of a change management process and culture within the business

Experience:

Proficient in MS excel and word

Good communication skills

Basic SQL skills would be preferential

Previous experience of working in a systems or testing environment would be desirable but not essential.

Salary

15-20,000
