Currently we have an opportunity for a Senior Legal Marketing Manager (Conferences and Training) to join our Conferences and Training team.

Responsibilities of the role:

To deliver the budgeted revenue and profit targets for all Conferences & Training (C&T) product offerings targeting the Tax community To plan and implement effective marketing strategies and marketing communications (marcomms) activity for the Tax community Manage and develop a team of 4-5 peopleTo apply a high level of measurability/analysis to all marcomms activity, ensuring it is continually monitored, measured and improved as appropriate To be the go-to marketing person for all C&T product offerings targeting the Tax community To work closely with the Online Marketing Manager and other relevant colleagues across the business to plan and implement an effective online marketing strategy to maximise sales To keep up to date with all the latest marketing techniques, therefore constantly challenging existing marketing processes/procedures Identify and develop the overall value proposition(s) and customer business drivers for the C&T elements of the LN Tax Intelligence offering Develop specific and timely tactical marcomms activity/plans which effectively achieve the strategic ma rketing objectives Implement a strategy to increase data research and measure its effectiveness (ROI) Effectively report and analyse marcomms activity for the Head of Marketing & Sales, providing management information that can be shared with the management team and wider business Effective marketing budget management fully deployed in accordance with agreed strategy to maximize ROI with no overspends

Key requirements of the role:

At least 4 years marketing experience, preferably in events/conference marketing Currently working at marketing manager level or above People & financial management experience essential (role manages team of 3) Online marketing experience isessential
