Maximising the collection recovery for our clients through the delivery of outstanding negotiations and service levels on a portfolio of accounts via inbound and outbound calling activity.

Collections, sales or call centreexperience.Business to business customer service experience.Target drives and an understanding of delivering against KPIs and SLAs.
